hypios' Board of Directors was assembled to give valuable advice to the company president, provide connections and contacts that benefit the project, and to contribute to the project's credibility. The composition of the Board is far from arbitrary: "I wanted a Board with people whose experiences would complement each other, and where exchange played a greater role than ego", says Oussama Ammar. hypios' president proceeded to draft the profiles of the members of an ideal board, where each profile reflected one of the company's needs. While some candidates, like Anne-Hélène Nicolas and Marc-André Feffer, were not personally acquainted with hypios before they were offered a position on the Board, others already knew hypios and one of its founders. Philippe Rochaix had met Oussama Ammar in a restaurant and, after several conversations, took an interest in his entrepreneurial activity. The  members of the Board of Directors gave hypios support when the company was still in its early stage, a moment when companies seeking support are often ignored or rejected. The Board’s contributions were essential to several of the most important decisions taken by hypios. The Board is dedicated and available to help at a moment's notice. Philippe Rochaix has played an essential role in fund-raising, not only by finding investors, but also by hosting presentations at his home and establishing contacts with Seekers. Olivier Petros has strived to help hypios succeed, constantly challenging the ideas of the executive team. He is a dedicated ambassador to finance and industry, and interacts with hypios as often as he can. Petros mobilized a strategic committee which includes Anne-Hélène Nicolas and Marc Darmon, which meets twice a month with the president to discuss dimensions of the strategy that can feed the Board's quarterly meetings. The reasoned and strategic composition of a Board of Directors is an experience that hypios tries to replicate globally, particularly in the US and Asia. John Sifonis, consultant, entrepreneur and member of the Board of Directors of several companies, is the first member of the American Board of Advisors. We hope to find other members whose profile and personality contribute to hypios' growth around the world.
